Steven E. Marr, Vice President, Multifamily Lending

Steven Marr has 16 years of public and private sector experience in the financing of multifamily housing. He joined Presidential Savings Bank in 1990 where he launched its commercial mortgage loan program for smaller apartment properties. Steve is a graduate of West Virginia University, holding a BA in Political Science and a Masters of Public Administration.
